Why this training exists

I wanted to build the training I would trust with a future therapist.

Michelle Walker has worked in beauty for more than a decade and built a working salon alongside her education career. Her experience spans salon ownership, college lecturing, school delivery, assessment and the day-to-day reality of helping therapists meet professional client expectations.

The training centre is built around a simple commercial truth: learners need more than treatment steps. They need repeated practice, useful feedback, professional habits and a realistic understanding of how a salon works.
